Portlets

Clarity is provided with an extensive range of 'portlets' (configurable views into the database, generally intended for on-screen viewing) as part of a standard installation. However, as your usage grows or your needs change, it's common for a new presentation of data to be required. Much of this can be achieved by your Clarity administration staff, through the integrated configuration tool, Clarity Studio.

Where more difficult solutions are required or if you're short of in-house capacity, Sandhill Consultants can develop and install bespoke portlets, developed specifically for your Clarity instance, providing key info on real-time data.

Reports

Clarity is supplied with a 'run-time' Crystal Reports (Business Objects) licence, enabling users to run 'on-demand' or schedule pre-built reports for viewing, printing or circulation around the organisation, as required.

A number of reports are included as part of the standard Clarity package but, as and when other reports are required, Sandhill Consultants will design and develop these for approval and installation on your Clarity instance.
