Reporting

CA Clarity PPM reporting and metrics provide the information that organisations need to make fact-based decisions. Reporting is provided through two routes:

Portlets

Real time views into the database, intended for viewing on-line and designed to be easily configured and filtered to meet individual user requirements.

There are numerous portlets out-of-the-box within the CA Clarity PPM solution, that help collect information on investments, resources, project statuses, and profitability. CA Clarity PPM connects this business information to red, yellow and green stoplight reports for quick, visual alerts based on a project or program’s risk, budget or status. This information can then be drilled down to obtain further detail. New portlets can be produced for an organisation and loaded to the system as required.

Standard reports

Pre-built reports that can be filtered for user's requirements, designed to be produced 'On-Demand' or to a pre-defined schedule. Reports can be saved in various formats (e.g. RTF, PDF) and easily distributed throughout an organisation by email or in-system links.
